Limpeza!

O sistema de comunicação entre quarto e recepção não funciona, não existe ramal e pelo único meio watts zap, a recepção não atende os chamados. Tive que descer na recepção para pedir secador, e o aparelho estava sem adaptador força e sem aquecimento.

"Gostei, de maneira geral, da estadia no Lucape Palace Hotel."

Gostei do atendimento e da limpeza. Os funcionários são muito prestativos e cordiais. Outro ponto alto é a limpeza das instalações. O café da manhã é muito bom e com boa variedade de itens.

O box do banheiro do quarto é muito pequeno e as instalações do hotel carecem de atualizações. As vagas no estacionamento são adequadas porém alguns hóspedes apresentaram dificuldade para manobrar os seus veículos. O quarto que utilizei não tem tela de proteção na janela. O hóspede que levar criança terá que redobrar a sua atenção.
