Kasa Edison House South End Dilworth Charlotte

Great little place well worth a night or two & with all the amenities. Very clean & tidy in a quiet area & only 20 mins drive from the Airport. Would defo stay here again if in Charlotte. With large luggage as us, would suggest you request a ground floor (1st for Americans) accommodation, as no lifts/elevators & the stairs are t easy. Still give it a 5/5 though

The room I had was next to the main entry door. The sound of the locking and locking was loud.

The walls and floors at this location were extremely thin. We felt very uncomfortable after being told that we were being too loud. When I asked for elaboration, I was told that my toddler was making too much noise. This was definitely not the case. Also, we were told that we aren't allowed to make noise between the hours of 10p-8a.m. I had to get up at 6a.m. for work. These demands were completely unreasonable, and I will surely never recommend Kasa to anyone else. It was the most uncomfortable experience I've ever had away from home. Additionally, there was no dishwasher and most of the dishes were dirty upon arrival to the apartment.

This was such a cozy property for my solo trip. I stayed in room 5 which had a queen bed, kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, and a spacious bathroom. The tv was a nice size I even Noticed a “white noise” machine and mini ac. There was some dining options just a quick walk across the street and a fresh market which was a bit further but still walkable. Easy checkin and check out system as well. Very clean.

Very comfortable bed especially the pillows. The only issues were the door had to be pulled very hard to close and lock and no stir sticks for making coffee

Very comfortable space!! Everything was so clean and well thought out for a comfortable stay. & the whole house itself was adorable. Getting in touch for help if necessary was super easy, and the instructions were great to follow. Would love to stay here again!!!! And the prices were very reasonable! Will definitely look for more Kasa houses when traveling for business moving forward. Great experience!

Property was nice and clean room was nice and clean. The only concern I had was there was not able to change the temperature in the room. The fan was on too high of setting to be comfortable at night. The Dubay was too heavy other than that the room was nice

Super easy check in. Nice, safe neighborhood. There was always a spot for me in the parking lot. The room was tight, but perfect for my needs.

The Kasa House was a great find rather than staying in the heart of Charlotte. Reasonably prices. Under 15 minutes to get to Plaza. Everything was very clean and comfortable in our room 002- should bring hangers however as no closet. Great for what we needed. Heat is set at same temp throughout (hot at night) however they have a stand up fan that can be used and a ceiling fan too. No TV in bedroom area- just with the couch. Walls are thin but no disruptive guests during our five night stay. Felt very safe- nice area out back where one can sit with a fire or enjoy the sun. Parking was not a problem.
