All new and clean, well organised, easy to clean myself in between cleaning visits Swimming pool was a great plus; I used it in the evening and children even more so Comfortable beds Near shops and town but not in the noisy centre just the right distance There was lots of space

Nothing the only small thing I would add are one or a few hooks for the towels in the bathroom

Modern, bright, well equipped urban villa. Location was perfect. Just a few minutes walk from both the bus station and Chania old town. Both the owner and the cleaner were helpful and responded promptly to any questions.

There were no negatives

We had the most amazing time in the villa! How and where to start - Viviane, is an outstanding, kind and extremely helpful host. She went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable! I had sent her a list of groceries and she had that ready for us! Not only that but her attention to details was just amazing! What a wonderful host and amazing staff she has! She helped arrange for a rental car, helped with recommendations on beaches, restaurants , hairdresser! I mean look no more. The villa was outstanding , clean, comfortable , beautiful 😍 I stayed with my 2 girls and we enjoyed the pool and everything the villa had to offer. To top it, parking is available and the villa is about a 10 minute walk or less to the heart of Chania. Viviane- thank you So very much for everything! We hope to be back, one day. Please know we will seen visitors your way! Thank you!!!!

Niks alles was perfect

The property was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It was so well thought out and it was clear the owners cared about their guests. From the wine, cake and other goodies left when we arrived to the first aid kit. The salt water pool was lovely for a dip after a day at the beach and the sun stayed in the garden until dusk. Rooms are well sized with gorgeous bedding. Having two beautifully decorated bathrooms fluffy white towels and shampoo, conditioner and shower gel felt like we were staying in a hotel. We were delayed and arrived in the early hours of the morning - the owner Vivienne was there to greet us with a massive smile. What a wonderful and kind lady. Nothing was too much trouble and she went over and above what is normally offered on a holiday rental.

Nothing everything was perfect

The location was fabulous being 10 mins walk into Old town - and not having to stay right in the centre with all the noise. The villa itself was amazing - we attend in Paloma. Comfortable beds, tastefully decorated, thoughtful amenities and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We only stayed 3 nights - but will definitely return again. The owner Vivian was wonderful - she gave us lots of great recommendations and was a pleasure to deal with throughout our stay.
