La atención de la señorita Viviana fué de lo mejor! Nos resolvió un problema que no estaba en sus manos, muy agradecida con la señorita. Hay un D1 al lado del hotel, muy cerca al centro comercial arrecife, gimnasio y playa.

Por el contrario, otras dos trabajadoras entraron al cuarto sin nuestra aprobación ni permiso, se les fué a recibir el desayuno en la puerta y ellas ingresaron al cuarto, en ese momento teníamos objetos personales, dinero y además mi compañero se estaba vistiendo, nos pareció de muy mal gusto, por otro lado se les informó que el desayuno era el incorrecto y simplemente se desentendieron del tema y no les importó.
