The room and location is good.

Less recommend for a couple because of less privacy as glass door is fitted in the room door. One can easily peak into the room.

The place was clean, super comfy and bigger than what I expected so that was perfect

I had to shower with cold water Sunday and Monday, also I tried to contact the personnel for that very reason and also because I was having some issues turning on the stove, but the personnel never answered any of my texts

There was a sewer smell at night so strong that it was hard to breathe in the room. We opened the window to the patio and turned on the fan and it didn’t help because the patio smells as well. We left in the morning and asked via booking for a refund for the second night, because there was no staff to tell. The hotel replied later that there was no sewer smell and charged us for the second night anyway. From the reviews I read later it’s clear this is a recurring problem.

Located perfectly in the city, great neighbourhood and close proximity to Roma/condesa as well as many places of interest. Felt very at home here, would 100% choose this place again! The staff/service was on point, the staff went out of their way to help us and meet our expectations!

Some of the interior (e.g. flooring) is less new / perfect than it looks in the pictures, but honestly for the price we paid we were very happy with everything, including the interior which is overall great!

Sijainti oli mielestäni loistava ja pidin kattoterassin yhteisistä tiloista ja keittiöstä siellä. Loistava sänky ja hyvät peitot, sisällä oli kylmä.

huoneessani oli ikkuna, joka ei pysynyt kiinni. Se oli auki ensimmäisen yön, seuraavana päivänä se teipattiin kiinni - eikä siis koskaan korjattu. Minulle jäi olo, että siellä tiedettiin ikkunan olevan rikki.

Lo venden como hotel no hay recepción,no hay desayuno, en la entrada tienen un depósito de mercancías empacadas que da mal aspecto para un hotel. La ubicación buena

Como no hay recepción los daños o inconvenientes en la habitación se les dice a los empleados del aseo y al no hacerse los arreglos solicitados el huésped debe seguir con el daño en la habitación. Se nos dañó la regadera de la ducha el 1er día y no hicieron el arreglo. El piso de la habitación es muy viejo y deteriorado. Si se llega antes de la hora del checkin se puede dejar la maleta en un sitio sin seguridad el cual podría ser saqueado pues no hay custodia y cualquiera que tenga la clave de ingreso al hospedaje puede actuar como quiera porque las maletas están expuestas, lo único que existen son cámaras que garantizan la grabación pero todo queda al garete.Si alguien busca algún huésped al no haber recepcionista no puede acceder a Él porque no hay quien tenga a menos el listado de huéspedes con su correspondiente habitación

En algún momento se termino el agua caliente, y después ataba muy caliente

La atención del anfitrión fue muy buena, fácil acceso, ubicación muy cerca del paseo de la reforma.

Rechinaba un poco el piso al caminar

Una ubicación muy segura.
