MOOI Apartments Grenchen

Sauberes und modernes Appartement mit gut ausgestatteter Küche und viel Stauraum. Bei den Appartements strassenseitig hört man den Verkehr ein wenig.

The apartment is quite new.

The apartment was not completely clean (f.e. hairs). The equipment of the kitchen was minimal, only one very big pan and two very small ones. It was not possible to put the tv a bit louder. The furniture on the terrace was not clean. Nearby there is a railway track. Even with the windows closed one can hear the trains.

Grundsätzlich alles sehr gut. Sehr moderne Apartments, viel Platz. Küche ist super ausgestattet. 1 Punkt Abzug, weil 1) Die Tür zum Schlafzimmer war verzogen und ließ sich nicht mehr vollständig schließen (Appartment 006) 2) Salzstreuer war leer (ziemlich unpraktisch, wenn man vom Einkaufen kommt und annimmt, dass Salz/Pfeffer vorhanden sind. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. 3) In der Toilette befanden sich noch Putztücher, die vergessen wurden runterzuspülen

Ich habe einen längeren Aufenthalt (1 Monat) in MOOI gemacht und war sehr zufrieden. Mit dem Kundenservice oder Personal hatte ich keinen Kontakt, auch eingecheckt wird über self Check-In. Das Apartment bietet genügend Stauraum, auch für längere Aufenthalte. Die Möbel und die Küchenausstattung macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Es gibt einen (kostenpflichtigen) Waschraum. Eine Wäsche in der Waschmaschine kostet 3,80 CHF. Das Apartment wird einmal wöchentlich gereinigt.

Super Preis Leistung, das findet man heutzutage nicht mehr an vielen Orten. Sehr saubere Appartements, mit guter Grundausstattung. Kann ich bestens Empfehlen

The MOOI Management (or someone who got my Credit Card information from them) charged me twice the agreed amount of my stay (from early July to late August 2023 = almost $2,000 CHF) That dirty action forced me to block my Credit Card (with consequent serious financial difficulties) write emails to the MOOI Management requesting clarification and reimbursement of the overcharge, contact the Solothurn and Grenchen's Police Station, connect the Canadian Master Card Office to denounce and clear up the fraudulent charges, etc. In short, the MOOI Management -or whoever was allowed by them to get my Credit Card information and duplicated the charges- completely ruined my first 2 weeks of vacation in Switzerland as I have to cancel activities already programmed, suffered much stress- and financial difficulties - until I left Switzerland by the end of August. Thanks to my quick response to their dirty action, I was able to get the withdrawal/reimbursement of the illicit charges but it was a really bad experience nobody should go through.
