Que de los dos baños había una ducha que no funcionaba y del otro baño la ducha no tragaba bien y se llenaba mucho la ducha y el bater no tragaba bien, el lavavajillas no funcionaba y una de las camas el colchón era tan fino que notabas hasta la madera.
NZStayed May 2025. The apartment is a generous size. The large bed is very comfortable.
The single bed is too small for an adult. Appliances broken or not working - property obviously not checked properly between stays, and generally unloved. Noise from apartment above. Horrendous heavy construction noise from building next door.
ROThe property is close to Combatantes metro station and 1 mini market. The terrace is on the back, between other buildings. Has 2 bathrooms wich is an advantage. The kitchen has many utensils useful if you want to cook something. The apartment was clean and well maintained.
Although we knew that we need to arrive before 12 pm we were charged 40 eur for arriving 5 minutes after midnight. The property is noisy during morning rush hours and the bathrooms are facing the main street. Otherwise, everything was ok.

CAThe staff were excellent and attentive. On the first day we met Joana Reis , our host who introduced us to the apartment and patiently explained everything to us which made us feel at home. After returning to our country, we discovered one of our audio equipment had left behind in the apartment. We emailed the management team to inquire about it. They found it and offered to return it to us by our choice.of delivery. We really appreciate their quick response and effort. Good work !! Good service!! Liiiving in Porto

Basic stuff was not available Not enough toilet paper, paper towel, curtain was broken and light came from the street , water didnot go through well in bath tub , one of flush at washroom didnot work well, no pepper , tea . We had to buy many things for 4 days. Complained to the host, no clear answer just mentioned sorry we are busy, or those issues cannot be fixed right away Customer service was terrible
