Hollywood Beach Walk, a Vacation Home in Miami

This is not a good accommodation. There are no personnel on site, so you can't get in until 4:00 sharp. If you're 15 minutes early, you wait outside in the heat. The deadbolt doesn't work from the inside (there's also no doorknob), the floors were filthy (and picture a garage floor), and the freezer hadn't been empty. When we arrived, two other guests were in the sitting area outside smoking pot. The whole area reeked. The location is also terrible: it's not within walking distance of anything, and there are no stores or restaurants around. I called the administration to complain, sent pictures, no response.
