STOP Inn STAY HOSTEL

Street parking was good until it wasn't copacetic with the nosy neighbors and powertripping cop.

Travel insurance website was inop. down for maintenance until our 'short window of time' to file had passed.

The room rate was too high

We are visitors who cannot afford 70 to 80 usd per night, we stay for long the rates should be decreased.

The staff is amazing the house is beautiful the people who live there are very nice and I will be referring people to the property. I am so glad my sister found Stay Inn.

The down south hospitality, and friendly staff!

All good, great place!

I registered in advance through the website provided by the hostel as requested, and was given a door code before 3 PM on the check-in day. However, the code didn’t work. I was told it was a mistake from Booking.com, but the code had clearly been sent from the property owner’s email. The staff acknowledged that I had followed all the instructions and was a legitimate guest, yet they still refused to let me in. I waited outside the property for over an hour. During this time, a staff member yelled at me aggressively and repeatedly. I was genuinely frightened and tried hard to stay calm and even comfort him, fearing that he might become physically violent. The entrance and the room were infested with flies and cockroaches. The bed linens had visible blood stains. When I requested a clean set, I was humiliated and mistreated, but eventually they reluctantly changed the blanket. I had to spend the night in fear and extreme discomfort. This is by far the worst and scariest place I’ve ever stayed at in the U.S. The staff was aggressive, verbally abusive, and clearly prone to violence. They constantly shifted blame and treated guests with shocking hostility. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
