When we arrived there were three big humidifiers running in the room. We had to place in the hallway just to get into the room. This was not mentioned in the reservations. The fold out sleeper was a double bed and they had sheets for a single bed so did not fit . The wall unit AC was so loud that you couldn’t sleep with it on.

When I made the reservation there were lovely photos of the pool and the beach. Everything is under construction. No pool and no access to the beach. When I contacted the contact it was pretty much who cares. The pool was not listed in the amenities yet is the prominent photo showcasing the property. It clearly states walk to beach. We couldn't enjoy our television because the unit next to us had theirs blasting. The bed is obviously so used that when you go to sit it literally sinks several inches. I travel quite a bit and I have never left a bad review. My needs were minimal, just a place to stay while work was being done at our home. Even the Keurig didn't work!!! I think if my concerns would have been addressed in a professional manner I would have let it go. There should be compensation due to the misrepresentation of the property. I would never recommend this property. As stated in the previous sentence I should be compensated for no pool and no beach access which were clearly depicted in the photos. Expedia should be ashamed.

This property is no a hotel, I couldn’t stay there because their were anyone at the reception, there is not customer service phone number after hours, this is the worst experience and expedía wash their hands, they only care about your money and they don’t help you

Overall stay was wonderful but owner completely stop communicating after check in thought it was a little odd but management was very accommodating and hospitable!!

My room didn't look anything like the pictures. The couch bed was not big enough for 2 ppl. The pool was being rebuilt which I was not told about in advance so I could go elsewhere. There was only 2 wash rags for 4 ppl. Only 4 towels for a 3 night stay. Overall I was very unhappy with what I payed and what I actually received!
