Neshaz Hotel

We went in to the hotel gave them my phone to check me in I had book room with a jacuzzi bath and they told I did not book for jacuzzi bath and charging 10400 rs then they gave me room with jacuzzi soon as we went in the room it smelt of damp inside paint pealing of walls the towels lookt yellow old with stains the bath room sink is broken stains on wall stains on doors white sofa with black marks we got up about 10am next day went for breakfast the was so argont ask them orange juice they said have stop giving juice as we are finish our food in he came and switched AC OFF WE ASK HIM Y he said breakfast finish 1030am The temperature outside was 28c I ask him yh have turnd it off for we are not finish our food yet made face and said we have to turn it off at 1030 they are rules smirk walk of like he doesn't care we went downstairs told reception what he said and he said he will have word with him we went our room to get in the jacuzzi as I put the water on the jacuzzi with my son started leaking water we had to get back out son was crying because he wanted to get in jacuzzi we just had Enough got bags and left what sham 10400 Rupees its not worth the price money grabing thugs working there i have pic

Nothing was good in this place

2 nights stay and i observed very clean n peaceful environment, staff is very cooperative, complementary breakfast is very good. Highly recommended place to stay.

Food is bit expensive.
