Selin Luxury Residences

This was such a great find, we couldn't have enjoyed it more. The pool was crystal clear and so refreshing after a long trip. The apartment was just perfect. We had 2 balconies, 2 bedrooms with very comfy beds and great linen, a kitchen and a living room with an interesting dining table facing the long window overlooking the avenue. The whole place had some unique furniture made of real wood and I noticed that many details were made of quality hand crafted wood. The kitchen was fully equipped so we were able to cook a decent meal. The espresso machine was a nice touch. We simply loved the place! Super clean and very friendly hostesses.

Had an amazing time at Selin. We stayed 10 days with an 8 year old. The space was quite interesting - it has a separate bedroom and a double bed on a wooden platform in the living room/kitchen splace. There are tvs in bith the lounge and the bedroom. There is a youtube channel in the lounge tv. The bathroom is also an open space - i.e. there is no separate bathroom - there are 2 cubicles - one with a shower and one with a toilet. There is a lovely balcony that looks on the pool. Wifi works great. There is no need to take a key to go out either - can just use a door code which is handy. The kitchen has a big fridge and a freezer, a hob, a sink, lots of crockery and cutlery. Salt and pepper, 2 pots and 1 frying pan as well as a pasta drainer. The swimming pool is great - a bit cold at first. It is just one depth - 1m50 so tricky for little kids. There is an emergency floatee available and we used that for the little one. Her swimming got a lot better! It is quite small so we waited until no one else was there to go. There are 4 sun loungers. There is no washing machine in the apartment but there is one near the pool area along with picnic tables, 1 shower and 2 toilets. They let us use it. The area was so nice - lots of cute plants and succulents and it was spotless. Customer service was amazing and very kind. The ladies left our place spotless every time and even did our dishes. So nice to get a break from cleaning. They answered all our answers and made great recommendations.

Some suggested additions/improvements: - Would have been nice to have some cleaning supplies to clean up after little one (broom and scoop, towel paper and cleaning spray for cleaning) and perhpas some plug ins for mozzies (not that much of a problem unless staying on balcony for long) - Also would have been good to have more information about how to recycle - we had a lot of bottles of water and felt bad chucking them - Location is fairly good - 25 minutes walking from city centre and 10 minutes from bus stop - Taxi is 6 euros to centre. We recommend telling the taxis the street and the cafeteria “Edo” which is nearby instead of exact address (they ask where exactly and as a tourist what di you even say!) - Would be good to have more info about Ioannina and the area in the room - Lack of wardrobe and storage space is a slightly inconvenient for a longer stay - recommend adding some sort of wardrobe or storage space if possible and a few more bins in bedroom and bathroom

The pool is wonderful. The service is outstanding. The cleanliness is excellent. The location is great—away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, yet close to a café, supermarket, and more.

The apartments are a bit small for a family with children, but we managed just fine.

We loved our stay here. The apartment was bright, modern, and finished to a very high standard, everything felt thoughtfully designed and well maintained. It exceeded our expectations from the listing. The location is a bit outside of town, which made it peaceful, and there’s a great coffee shop just a short walk away. The host was friendly and responsive. Check-in was smooth and communication was excellent. Highly recommend for a relaxed, comfortable stay in Greece.

Great apartment- very clean. Good location with big balcony with lake view. The ladies that manage the building are very nice, professional and keep the place impeccable.
