Super Lage, in der Straße kann man am Abend essen gehen und ausgehen. Trotzdem sehr ruhig, da zu einem Innenhof gelegen. Klimaanlage hat eine angenehme Temperatur gemacht.

Nichts

Great location, lovely interior, amazing shower. Very quiet, even being located on the busiest street, so great night sleep guaranteed. The apartment was clean, well-furnished and had all the essentials. Coffee, olive oil, salt, pepper and sugar, and a bottle of cold water and ice in the fridge were a lovely gesture from the hots!

Cockroaches in the kitchen need to be dealt with! They spoiled our impression from the apartment a bit. Air conditioning was not strong enough to cool down the bed area upstairs but nothing dramatic.

Location and internet are super

The apartment is recommended for 4 people, sofa is very bad for sleeping and uncomfortable

The Location

The room temperature was too cold, the heating system never worked so we had to turn on the A/C( we were told that the heating system could have worked only if the room temperature would be below 20° and interestingly the thermostat displayed 23°-24° constantly but I was 100% sure that the temperature was by far below 20° ), because of the temperature, thanking a shower turned into a torture

Sophisticated entry. The smell of detergent was overhelming We ve leaved in other appartments the same price a week ago: the entry was much easier. The owner replied more friendly and much quicker. And the locating better(

Very central, easy to get to the Bologna Fiera

Unfortunately the drain in the bathroom had a bad smell
