The hotel staff was truly excellent and very helpful. Thanks to the friendly attitude of the team, I was able to leave my car in the parking lot a bit longer than my hotel stay without any problem. I really appreciate this flexible and hospitable approach – I immediately felt treated with genuine warmth and real care for the guests’ comfort.

"Immer wieder eine Freude"

Es ist alles ganz hervorragend, gerne jederzeit wieder! Wir waren jetzt schon mehrfach da und würden gerne nichts anderes mehr buchen in der Gegend, leider hat das Neue Pastorat nur wenige Zimmer und ist daher häufig ausgebucht. Sonst wären wir immer dort, wenn wir mal wieder nach Velbert müssen. Es klappt alles tadellos, die Zimmer sind großartig und das ganze Team einfach nur lieb und sehr bemüht. Danke!
