Super grote, mooie en schone kamer. Kon mijn auto in de parkeergarage parkeren (tegen zeer acceptabel tarief). Uitermate fijn verblijf, absolute aanrader. De kers op de taart was het ontbijt, super uitgebreid en een gastvrouw voor wie niets te veel was. Wat een fijne ervaring en wat een uitzonderlijke aandacht voor de gasten, werkelijk TOP Ik verblijf ca. 100 nachten per jaar in hotels, deze ervaring hoort echt in mijn top-3

Er was helemaal niets op aan te merken.

"Es gab auf Grund des fehlenden Personal KEIN Service"

Beim Eintreffen 17.15 Uhr war kein Personal vor Ort. Auf der angegebenen Rufnummer war nur die Mailbox. Ein Rückruf erfolgte erst 5 Minuten Späte. Nutzung der Tiefgarage war nicht möglich da klein Personal vor Ort war. Zugang erfolgte dann nach Rückruf über Schlüsseltresor. Morgens 7.45 konnte das Personal nicht abrechnen da Arbeitsbeginn erst um 8.00 UHR.

Etwas hochpreisig Tiefgarage nicht wirklich nutzbar.... Fahrzeuge stehen hintereinander ... Nur 4 Parkplätze für das ganze Hotel. Keine Schränke für Kleidung

"Barrierefreies Hotel zum Wohlfühlen"

Riesige, barrierefreie Zimmer mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert, ein Segen bei der großen Hitze während des Aufenthaltes. Wir hatten sogar einen schönen kleinen Balkon. Alle Angestellten waren sehr lieb. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, aber sah auch sehr gut aus. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Neuen Pastorat aufgrund eines Verwandtschaftsbesuchs, und es hat uns erneut komplett überzeugt.

Heiligenhaus ist jetzt nicht "schön" im touristischen Sinne (bis auf den Abtskücher Teich), aber dafür kann 1. das Hotel nichts und 2. machen wir dort ja auch keinen Urlaub. Dennoch ist die Lage des Hotels natürlich top, direkt an der "City" mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Eiscafé, Bäckerei, Post etc.
