"Basic near many fast food places, good for an overnight stay while on road"

Basic motel in center of city, lots of fast food places within walking distance. Free parking. Office only staffed intermittently and one needs to phone to get a person to complete checkin. Comfortable and relatively quiet for location. adequate for a single night but not a place for a long term stay
