"worst stay I ever had"

nothing

it was worst stay I had ever had, and No facilities as promised or listed in the booking.com , when asked for toiletries they gave two soap , and asked for kettle/coffeemaker gave one kettle with out even closing lid and non working one . Staff was making fun when asking for these failities . and as final they didnt even give GST invoice for the stay . Booking dot coem should verify the property details before listing and you have the responsibility of getting invoice atlease .

"Room was good size and everything was good except there were cockroaches in the room."

Good value for money

Outside property it’s shabby , there is Mumbai metro construction shed nearby so it’s always dusty, if you have stayed on holiday inn, ibis then I would suggest lower expectation , every floor there is hotel with similar prefix

"Worst experience from Booking.com"

Nothing.. the hotel is not suitable for any Business traveller .. its too much pricy on Booking .com Offline the price is 2500 INR. And that too also high w.r.t quality.

Everything... its not even a one star hotel ..
