洗面などの水回りが利用者目線で設計されていない。 チェックイン時のスタッフの説明がマニュアル通りのことを早口で一気にまくしたてるので理解できない。初めて利用するお客さんの立場に立った説明を心がけないと接客サービス業とは言えない。

価格が高い 風呂が無い

The room was spacious and very clean perhaps because it's new. You get a shower cubicle instead of a bathtub. I also like the fact that there is a separate toilet. In most Japanese business hotels, the toilet and bathtub are squeezed into a tiny space. The bed is very high, which is great for my husband as he is tall. The free tea and coffee area in the hotel lobby is also very nice. It's very clean and disposable utensils and crockery are provided.

Safety bars should be installed in the shower cubicle. It can get a bit slippery. So I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you are travelling with old people. When I made my booking, the price was listed as 7200 yen, but when I paid at the hotel, the actual price was 8712 yen. The staff said something about tax. I thought I got a fantastic deal but maybe it wasn't such a great deal after all. Next time when you make a booking on this site, make sure to check for additional hidden costs.
