The Plaza Lodge Baguio

The pines cafe is a delightful find! From the moment we stepped in, the warm, inviting atmosphere and friendly staff made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely fantastic was cooked to perfection, and the omelet was bursting with flavor. We also loved the coffee. Overall, it was a truly memorable dining experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and delicious meal.

The lobby was welcoming and front desk staffs greeted us warmly upon arrival to check-out. Though some facilities aren’t always open, all of our requests in the room are always noted and answered. The food was very nice at the Pines Cafe and Kyoto but it would be better to include a lot of more dishes to choose. Check-in was smooth but some towels in the room haven’t clean properly. However, I gave it a five star review for a very great experience we’ve been encounter in this Hotel. We’ll definitely go back to seek great experiences with the beautiful people working in this hotel.

Upon arriving sa hotel accommodating yung mga staff from security to the service staff and also their GM Edel, very hands on sa mga needs namin. Even though na wala yung pool during our stay, they offer us the Gym 24/7. Satisfied Guest, we’ll be back again.

The hotel has a very good ambiance. The room is very clean and very comfortable, which is the best strategy in a hotel. Additionally, the food, which is the breakfast buffet, the staff is very friendly and funny, like the duty manager, which is Chris, a very approachable person I met. Thank you to the Plaza Lodge for making good service, which you did.

The Plaza Lodge Baguio offers a cozy getaway thanks to its strategic location and a warm welcoming gesture by the hotel employees. Mr. Nerie Gonzales doesn’t disappoint, he is everywhere, a very hardworking manager that ensures the quality service is being offered in every aspect. Be sure to look for him if you book in the Plaza Lodge Hotel on your next Baguio adventure. Truly a five (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) experience!

This hotel was suprisingly one of baguio's best. Even they are so busy. They make sure their guest are being take care. Chris in particular. their manager who was so accomodating and friendly. Funny and sweet guy ever met. Thank you for your hospitality.

This was a nice hotel. Staff are very accommodating and easy to get along start to finish. Shout-out to Sir Kriz who is very patient and very accommodating and Ms. Irene of FO. You are truly an asset on this hotel. I will surely recommend you guys. Service was world class.

Let me start with things that went well. Reception is okay,restaurant serve local food, ample parking space, good lobby. The room (presidential suite) needs improvement. There is a bad smell coming from the bathroom which the housekeeping couldnt resolve. Top that with dirty bedroom carpet and sticky dining table. Terrace appears dusty as well. A pity because this hotel has a good and quiet location, away from the city noise.

This was a lovely hotel. When I arrived late, a man dressed in Americana with glasses helped me park, which I believe was in Basement 2. I thanked him, thinking he was a fellow guest. When I went to check in, the staff was friendly, but I was surprised to find that the room didn’t meet my expectations. it lacked the amenities I would expect from a top 5 hotel. I called the front desk and requested a manager. To my surprise, the person who had helped me park was their manager, Kristoff, also known as the DM. He quickly arranged a room transfer and was very charming. He told me not to thank him, as it was actually his colleague, Joanne from Housekeeping, who did all the work. DM, thank you for making our stay so comfortable. We’ll definitely be back!

Staff were very cordial and hospitable. Breakfast was good. Dining area is ok. Room carpet is due for shampooing or maybe I s time to update the carpet.
