Property in excellent position for all Newquay has to offer. Rooms ok, no bedside light, excellent bathroom, shower. Breakfast adequate. Limited fresh fruit. Parking very good and free. Staff ok bar one.

Clean room. Nice size shower. Nice breakfast. Good selection in restaurant. Water pressure in shower and toilet flush not good. Warm water out of cold tap.
