Everything was perfect. Amazing place with lot of restaurants, supermarkets. Breakfast bufet was enough with lot of variety (hot and cold food). Parking for car just in front of hotel but really safe, dont be afraid. Caffeteria was open until the night. Petfriedly (my dog was welcome without problem)

The price is high, but was everything ok

Noting, as we didn't get elementary conditions in this accomodation and we were force to improvise in finding other accomodation at 21h.

When we arrived around 21h, the hotel room was cold. The owner came in 5 minutes, as the receptionist call him to fix the problem with heating. There were not able to fix the problem and were not able to offer us an alternative room in the hotel as it was an issue of the entire heating system in the hotel. Waiting for them to fix the problem, we found available room in the hotel nearby. Once we returned in the hotel and assumed that there are not able to fix the problem with the heating, the owner offered us to have free accommodation in the hotel nearby. Since we arrived home I got several attempts from my bank to pay the accomodation. Few days ago I called Booking.com for this issue. Obviously thevproblem is nlt solved, as I got an attempt again today and will probably delete ny booking account for forever.
