It was very quiet

The staff! No TV or no wifi! They wouldn't let me extend my stay! The Mexican lady was very very rude!

La descripción de las habitaciones no es la misma cuando llegas a hacer el check in , había reservado una noche para descansar y poder continuar nuestro viaje, al llegar allí nos iban a asignar una habitación sin televisión,sin Wi-Fi,sin aire acondicionado(todo lo contrario a lo que indicaba mi reserva) adicional nos iban a cobrar un importe por depósito más alto del mencionado, quise hacer la cancelación de mi reserva y ahora me quieren cobrar la noche cuando no pude hospedarme por los cambios que querían imponer a mi reserva. La señorita en la recepción muy descortés , le falta empatía para estar en servicio al cliente y más en la recepción de un hotel. Siento que nos atendió con desprecio y racismo. Jamás recomendaría reservar allí .

Do better treat others like you would like to be treated I should call ice on the front desk clerk she need to get deported and take that attitude back with her it’s not our fault they hotel is almost in foreclosure
