"Good hotel, Accessible, comfortable "

I was staying here with 3 of my children on a trip from NB. I love the proximity to everything. The hotel was busy, which was expected with the forest fires having displaced so many people. We were disappointed the pool was closed for our entire one week stay

Wanted assessable room for my 101 yr old father Not able to get one They were hosting the fire evacuates, security posted everywhere but fighting in The hallways in the middle of the night. Garbage bins over flowing every morning, cigarette buns all over the ground by main entrance - food and drinks left in the main foyer. The pool was closed and unusable. Overall the fighting, screaming and uncleanliness of the hotel prevented us from enjoying my fatherā€˜s visit with his family. We were very disappointed and when speaking to staff, they just shrugged the shoulders and say Iā€™m sorry thereā€™s nothing we can do.
