The property needs many finishing touches. The first room that I was offered had dirty spots on the floor and the door didn’t lock. The receptionist insisted they were full. However when I insisted she moved me to a different room.
NLThe staff, the massage, the design, the breakfast, the room, the bathroom, it was super nice! The food for dinner was also very tasteful, they have great wines (a bit at the price) but we enjoyed the evening!
I would prefer to have an additional towel and a bit better bed linnen.

AUVery lovely friendly staff We appreciated the free massage very much ( and were very happy to tip of course) and in particular the use of “Seeing hands” company to provide this. Also very glad to have access to the pool in a facility nearby as there is very little to do otherwise
It misses the mark a little on features westerners are used to. I think it is still in the process of refining its business No bath mat for floor, double bed on queen bed base. We suggest: water refill station to cut down on bottle use: salt/ pepper on all dining tables (we had to request); milk available in room with tea/ coffee making facilities and some board games etc Shampoo/ conditioner would also be appreciated
NGEverything was spot on. Cultured staff, neat room, great environment and view. The breakfast was also tailored to what I wanted. I haven't seen such coordinated hospitality in recent times.
UGThe rooms are wide, clean and the bed is very comfortable. I also love the touch of growing house plants in the room. Improves room aesthetic and air quality in general. The front desk person I found, on that day was very helpful and supportive.
Breakfast. Generally good breakfast but the pancakes could use some fluff, especially for a person that loves and knows how to make English Breakfast Pancakes 🥞, I was kinda disappointed.

Il y a eu un problème dans leur système de gestion des chambres et des clés électroniques. L’hotel a ainsi alloué ma chambre à une autre cliente, qui a donc pu rentrer dans ma chambre alors que je dormais. La réception s’est excusée.
AUThis is a lovely boutique hotel, centrally located and newly renovated. The staff (especially the kitchen staff) are lovely, and they were attentive to our needs.
