Beautiful, spacious and well maintenance house, pool and tropical garden. Relaxing with also friendly service and comfort breakfast. Perfect location between Seminyak and Canggu.

10-20 minute walking distance to popular restaurant, but there were still local amenities in 5 minute walking distance.

"A ruined birthday party..."

Big Villa with very big garden

We rent the villa to host a Birthday Party. On top of the rental price, the host asked for an extra 5 million IDR, "party tax", and another 5 million IDR , "banjar"(Townhall) Tax, to be allowed to have the party there. We were informed that music shouldn't be loud after 10 PM. To our surprise at 11 PM the "banjar" came to the villa and sent everyone away, except for the 10 people who were hosted in the villa. So they ruined our party. It wasn't about loud music, as we agreed to shut it down. If you plan to rent it to have a party, just DON'T as it's a waste of money and you will leave with a bad memory.

The open space, gardens and huge rooms are fantastic. Lots of room for everyone with the large pool being a major draw card. The staff were amazing, very friendly and accommodating.

The location was further from the main restaurants etc of Canggu, but there were still amenities in walking distance.
