I loved the continental breakfast and coffee options. The room was spacious too for us as a family of 3 and included a huge bathroom which was a plus.

I wish the hotel had 1 bedroom suites or offered the curtain to fully split the room. The suites are perfect for families but hard to really carve out privacy when the little ones go to sleep. If the curtain went fully to the other side of the room, it would have been perfect.

Coffee good. Most of rest was fair at best. No fresh fruit only highly processed food, Toast and breads were fine.

Love the hotel, staff very nice, breakfast was great, perfect location, sets on the lake shore. The rooms are large with full kitchen. 5 out of 5

I had someone stomping all night from midnight until 5am. I asked management for some sort of compensation and they did not offer anything.

Great property, room was huge and very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I was charged for this hotel even though I called greater than 24 hours in advance to cancel it. Piss poor. I never checked in. Why should I pay for reservation? Complete bull. Beware. Travel plans change. Hotels and Expedia should not rip you off if you have to cancel a hotel room with more than 24 hours notice.
