plenty of space, it was cozy and warm, close to the train station

House was lovely, clean and warm on arrival would stay again.

Beds were really comfy great location Staff were helpful

The location is perfect for NEC visitors.

Quite old fashion interior. The chimney of the foto is fake. There was quite some waste remains in the outside entrance area. The oven in the kitchen was dirty.

We liked that the owner came out to help when we had an issue. He was helpful. We liked the location, very easy to get into town.

We didn't like the TV losing connection every time we used it. No tea towels in the kitchen. Dirty outside of the house, just needs the rubbish swept up.

No hair dryer

communication was simple and clear. easy to access. parking off the road. less than 1 minute walk to train.

main bed mattress was like concrete. had to change to twin beds in the night as neither of us could sleep. kitchen very basic to cook food. everything was the most basic that could have been provided to tick a box. clean on the surface but dropped something in bedroom and was horrible under the bed. obviously only a quick clean between each visits. tacky yellow decoration and interesting fireplace!

Location was great; it's right next to the train station. You can reach it directly from Birmingham Airport, and it's very easy to get to the city center. There is an Asda and a Lidl nearby for grocery shopping. The host was very helpful when we had issues with the digital lock.

It was a little cold, even with the heating on. We only had 3 people in the house, so I took the extra duvet off of the spare bed.
