We have stayed in a lot of booking.com apartments all around Europe and this is by far, the BEST! From the moment we arrived late into the evening after a day of travelling the golden circle, we were met with a welcoming and warm apartment. The owners have thought of everything !!! We cooked proper homemade pasta and curry with every kitchen utensils available to us. No last minute dash to the shop for dishwasher tablets or washing detergent! Coffee & tea all provided was a gods send. Bathroom facilities were incredible with all the small details thought about. Without a doubt the highlight was the hot tub in the bathroom. To relax and unwind in the tub after a long day out in the elements was just breath taking. Whilst using the apartment as a base to explore the south west of the island, you have to make sure to be back to the apartment for wholesome cooked meals in the amazing kitchen and romantic evening in the hot tub. The views over the peninsular waters were incredible with complete privacy - so secluded you can unwind in the large windows with no one else around. The robes to have were also such a treat ! What a lovely detail. Whilst expensive, this is completely in keeping with the island and 10000% worth it - total luxury and high standards are present all around this beautiful apartment.

Not a negative but a tip would be to provide some flute glasses! We had champagne to celebrate a birthday and it didn’t feel quite the same in a wine glass. Also - we didn’t want to have glass around the hot tub so ended up buying plastic flutes to drink in the tub. So these would be brilliant if provided!

Een heerlijke plek, goed verzorgd en hygiënisch. Prachtig uitzicht op zee met als klap op de vuurpijl een hottub met uitzicht op zee. Luxe en comfort kan je zeker vinden op deze plek!

Das erste Mal, dass das Original die Photos übertroffen hat und die waren ja auch schon super. Die schönste Unterkunft in Island. Design pur. Und der Innenpool mit direkten Fenster nach draussen mit der Sicht auf das Meer einfach traumhaft. Ideal für nach oder vor dem Flug, da nahe am Flughafen, aber ohne den Fluglärm.

Ein toller Aufenthalt Es hat nichts gefehlt Jeder sollte diese Unterkunft vor dem Rückflug oder auch länger buchen

M'ha semblat un apartament espectacular. Ens ha agradat tot, una cuina super equipada, lavabo espaiós amb una super banyera amb vistes al mar i la muntanya de fons, habitacions còmodes... tot de 10.
