J’ai aimé… car c’est quelque chose d’assez différent de tout ce que l’on trouve à Mayotte.

Sans aucun doute, le problème vient de la gestion interne. Les employés ne sont pas contents, cela se voit. Dans le restaurant, certaines employées parlent davantage entre elles ou s’adressent aux clients avec lassitude. On remarque qu’il n’y a pas de formation orientée vers le service client. Mais encore une fois, c’est pareil partout à Mayotte : comme il n’y a pas d’autre option à Petite-Terre, on prend ou on laisse. Le personnel de la réception effectue de nombreuses tâches et est débordé. Cet hôtel manque de personnel et aurait besoin d’employés formés dans des établissements plus internationaux (comme Ibis, par exemple). Le plafond du hall est toujours cassé… cela fait plus d’un an depuis Chido. Une nuit dans cet hôtel est extrêmement chère. Ce n’est pas justifié. C’est un hôtel trois étoiles. Quand on appelle par téléphone, ils mettent une éternité à décrocher.

Chambre trop petit. Lavabo dans la chambre m’a laissé sans voix. Le pied du lit s’enlever à chaque fois donc ça réveille le bébé.
