El hotel está muy bien mantenido y es cómodo.

El personal de recepción no está preparado. Es lento y no es amable. Las chicas están entretenidas viendo su Instagram en el móvil mientras atienden. Además nos han desaparecido unos pendientes de plata de la habitación. Está falta es muy grave en un hotel.

Sí, en general, pero no me gustó el lavabo fuera del baño o sin armario. El desayuno me pareció muy caro para ño que se ofrecía.

Mucho frío en la habitación. Imposible regular el aire acondicionado a pesar de seguir instrucciones.

Alojamiento cerca de una parada de bus que conecta al metro y de ahí al centro de Madrid. La habitación con los espacios justos . Los desayuno los cobran aparte( buffet que no buffet) solo eran un desayuno tipico. Cuentan con guardado de maletas de cobro automático.

Buena ubicación para alojar entre vuelos de avión . Cuentan con un servicio de traslado desde y hacia el aeropuerto muy eficiente y a buen precio. Buen restaurante.

La habitación aunque moderna y linda era extremadamente pequeña por lo que era muy incomoda . Las máquinas expendedoras de alimentos eran muy caras.
