هادي ومريح جدا استقبال الضيوف في قمة الروعة بنسبة للأسعار مناسبة جداً بنسبة للأكل بصراحة كويس جداً وبنسبة للنظافة حاجة ممتازة واهم حاجة طبعا القائمين على العمل في المكان محترمين جداً وفاهمين المعنى الحقيقي لإرضاء العملاء ملحوظة هامة جداً بالنسبة ليا مافيش عندهم تفرقة بين الأجنبي والمصري نفس الاهتمام ونفس الأكل ودا بالنسبة لي مهم جداً

# Personnels, especially Manager Mr. Ahmed and Ms Ala was really kind and helpful. When we asked for extra soap, toilet paper etc the housekeeper boy has done it properly. they were helped us again and again for wifi password even we have checked out from hotel. - They kept our luggages until the evening (after we check out at 10.3ü) - They gave us open buffet dinner with really good price (price is fixed so dont need negotations). If you dont want open buffet, you can buy pizza or hamburgers. - Nobody asked about tips. - Nobody done pressure to buy something in hotel. Also there is 2 market near hotel. They accept to pay by card. The location of the hotel was very good. Near to city bazaar and 200-300 meter to family beach which is 1 dollar to enter and drinks are really cheap. As a result 9/10 for this price.

# There aren't enough power outlets in the room.

I had a really nice solo stay at Palm Inn. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and the food was good. The hotel has a relaxed vibe which was perfect for me. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Would definitely return next time I’m in Hurghada!
