INFINITEA CENTRIC DHARAMSHALA

We had a wonderful experience at Infinitea, Dharamshala. The rooms were comfortable, the food was great, and so was the overall service. I was offered an umbrella when I had to go out in the rain. In the restaurant section, everyone was helpful, especially Gaurav Singh, who went out of his way to make things comfortable. Would recommend it.

The hotel was in a beautiful place surrounded by mountains and just around 20 mins drive from the Kangra airport. The staff were very warm and friendly. The service and hospitality extended is really appreciated. The rooms were clean and well maintained overlooking the mountains. The balcony in the room had a beautiful sit out ideal for gazing at the mountains with the morning tea. The breakfast served included all our preferences and was a mix of cuisines. We also dined out in the restaurant and the food was amazing. Thank you for the great experience. We would love to stay in your hotel the next time we visit Dharamshala.

We visited this restaurant second time one yesterday and second today tor lunch . Quality and quantity was good, presentation very good. Service very prompt, service staff very well dressed and humble. Mr Gaurav serving us was very well mannered and quick in service and response. If I come again I will again come and enjoy. The most amazing experience and service. We have been to every five star / four star hotel and cafe in Dharamshala and McLeodganj, but this place is our favourite destination with family. The reason being the amazing experience and service along with the most delicious cusine. Especially want to mention Mr. Gaurav Singh (Senior GSA) who always makes our visit even more memorable with his warm smile and the care he takes of our 8 year old daughter. Thanks to team Infintea. The restaurant has a good option of food . We had breakfast here. The masala dosa was great. The pancakes were perfectly cooked. The poori bhaji was great . The ambiance was good. The service was great.
