Location is convenient

We were advised that There is no reception, and check-in must be completed online via the app. Unfortunately, we did not receive clear instructions on how to access the building, which made arrival quite stressful. We tried calling the provided number several times with no response. Communication only worked through WhatsApp, where we eventually received help. We were a group of 11 people, including young children, and had to wait in the city until 3:00 PM before accessing the apartments, even though they seemed to be ready earlier. Additionally, there were issues with the shower plumbing, as water leaked outside the shower area. We had to use towels to clean it up, which was inconvenient.
