Spacious. Quiet residential neighborhood. Close to McHenry lake activities and The Wisp.

Was not cleaned properly. Had to clean several areas of house. Very annoyed with that. When I called to let management know, they offered to have crew come back and re-clean. At that point, with other guests arriving, I declined since I had already taken care of it. Surprised they were cool with that and didn’t offer something off of the stay - like perhaps the cleaning service fee. Grass was not cut. Weeds overgrown. Called but it was never cut. Chair on front porch was broken and umbrella on back deck was broken and unusable. Hot tub needed serviced. Needed chemicals. Scum line around top. Service came quickly after calling. Television. In main living area was on when we arrived and had streaks thru screen display. Next day, management replaced it. Didn’t like that we couldn’t access house thru garage.
