Booking.com screwed up our reservation by confirming incorrect credit information and the property owners only made one phone call and left one message to contact us to verify information. Never got the message so I assumed I had the rental. Till the week prior when I contacted property manager through the phone number listed on booking.com which by the way was still showing my reservation confirmed. I had no idea Taylormade property had book our rental. Our vacation and surprise engagement was ruined. I'll use railley property next time and by pass booking.com and other sites like them.. they tried to charge me the cancelation fee and threaten to bill my card the entire amount.
