Easy parking, not far from Cologne, fair price

Difficult to communicate with agent, not responsive

Good value for money.

Price was the only reason I chose this place.

1. No reception. Everything is virtual. 2. People hanging out in the parking lot in front of my bedroom, talking and laughing loud, past 11 PM. I closed my window to reduce the noise. The next day, I saw an ash tray on a small block near my window, almost welcoming people to hang out. I see video camera outside, Why doesn't staff check the video and put up signs Not to hangout. At least remove the ash tray! 3. Shower looked dirty and no soap for showering 4. I saw a sliver fish and small roach crawling on the wall. 5. In the morning, someone was coughing and coughing a lot. I couldn't tell if it was someone in the next room or outside. I had to close my window and not get fresh air.

New and clean

The location is in a big parking lot for trucks. The rooms are not soundproof and we couldn't sleep because we could hear people having sex in the next room for hours. The sounds of people having intercourses was coming from multiple rooms, the facilities are quite likely used for that by people who book it.

The beds

The constant loudness of some workers that were staying in during my stay and the bathroom was constantly stinky and dirty

The room was quite nice, mattress was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped

The pillow was way to hard and to high. Impossible to sleep with it (usually it's the other way around). The toilet is in the same room as shower and sink. Not ideal in the morning when 5 people decide to take a long shower and you don't necessarily want to queue in front of the bathroom. But I guess this depends on the people using the other rooms. Same goes for speaking on the hallway, if everyone is respectful it is not a problem.
