spacious rooms, clean, location

no hot water although our traveling friends on each side of us had hot water. they did come to fix it but the water wax lukewarm at best.

Very kind and helpful staff

Breakfast was very frugal, even scrimpy. Very noisy during the night because poor sound insulation. I can't recommend staying on the third floor because a restaurant and terrace with poor soundproofing is up the floor.

Restaurant & Bar service was good Staff was so polite

It was so scary when one from the room service entered half of the room without the permission while me & my girlfriend were sleeping , it was so disappointed to see such idiots working in such a good place and spoiling the reputation of the hotel. I have complained against him on reception & at evening we left the hotel because my girlfriend was feeling so insecure at that place ( She said that she would not be able to sleep there at night ). I hope they will look after it & make sure it must not be repeat with any of guest as it feels so insecure. Note : Room was locked from inside, there were smart locks & he was having the card which allowed him to unlock the doors.
