All was normal except mentioned in the next box comments.

The air conditioner had broken wings, and it was blowing right to the faces when on the bed. The tap in the shower room had very limited space to wash the face properly. There were no glasses in the room, only paper cups. Hope you will take appropriate actions and rectify these issues. Thank you.

Had a tough time settling on a good hotel in Rize. Finally took this one and it was great. Good sized family room for 4 of us, clean and neat. Staff is great and helpful. Breakfast spread is awesome. Overall great stay
