This place is filthy. I have another write up that should be read if you are considering this as a suitable stay

The units are not bad and private somewhat

It wasn't clean. The amount of stuff found under the beds shouldn't have been aloud. When we moved to bigger room for more money the ceiling fan looked as though never cleaned and the dirt may fall off on you. The dishes had to be cleaned before use and the towels where filled with either human or animal black hairs. No toilet paper was provided for a lengthy stay. Just a 5th of a roll left from previous guest. Snow storms during our stay and although the snow got removed the ice that was beyond bad was just left making it almost impossible to come or go for most. The ice hanging from the roofs was never dealt with and more then once fell and struck me. Then just before checkout date the entire roof of ice let go and sounded like an explosion when it hit the ground. Would have definitely killed someone had it landed on them and again ignored. On check out there was a snow storm and conditions where very bad and dangerous to go out and due to the large amount of snow falling and the ice that still had not been dealt with in any attempt I got stuck with my truck and trailer. When I could not vacate by the 11 am checkout due to this the owner called the police on us in a snow storm saying we didnt leave. The police came and asked me to try and remove my vehicle and trailer as they are demanding we leave and we are not welcom inside to warm up. I ended up having to pay for a tow truck that almost didnt come in for me as the long lane was so covered in ice and snow. My vehicle and trailer got damaged to leave the property and in process the ground got a little disturbed. Little torn up grass and some drag marks from the tow. And although now damaged I had to drive away with my vehicle and trailer. Now the owner thinks I should give them 1000 cad for the marks on the lawn because I was forced out because they had family coming for a Christmas party. This is a disgusting way to treat a paying guest.

It is good that there is a Tim Hortons around the corner where you can go for breakfast. You can also use the little outdoor kitchen, which comes with a fridge, a microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. When I stayed there, the coffee was provided. Very quiet over night. The bathroom/toilet has been very clean.
