Super clean. Central location.

The balcony had a great view and a breeze. The shower was big and the bed was good. Clean and tidy .

They TV remote control was not working as the batteries were dead, this should have been checked. The hairdryer cover was coming out! and you could see the wires very dangerous. There was no cleaning service. The lady at the phone Eytichia was very nice when I arrived and they even let me check in a bit earlier. But then when I asked for an adaptor and some more hangers I called them 5 times they said they were aware of my request but they never got back to me about it. It looked like after work hours and during the weekend nobody replies to requests except if it is about sales. One night at around 10.30pm to 1100pm I had ordered some shopping and the door downstairs' was locked! There was a couple trying to enter the building the woman was on the phone with the Phaedrus management but nothing happened and our room cards did not work with the main entrance door! Finally her partner push forcely the door and it opened. Otherwise they would have stayed outside! Also one more chair or an arm chair to relax would have been nice. Bed side tables tiny!

There was no breakfast! Location fine but the directions I got mentioned Fresco Supermarket which was permanently closed and no sign.

Lack of parking! Also when I tried to book another two nights because the day of my wife's operation was changed I was told this was not possible. I therefore had to book somewhere else at short notice. This however ended up being more convenient for the Hospital with easy parking.

A great option if you need to stay in Nicosia for a couple of days.
