- Near several shopping areas - Service staff were hospitable and responsive.

- Unprofessional management staff - Rude kitchen staff - Confusing room rates and extremely high USD conversion rate - Room and amenities need updating (examples: torn bath towels, no hand towels, no cable TV in the room as advertised, sink in the bathroom was loose and wobbly, bad ventilation and no ac in the gym)

The restaurant staff were kind and accommodating. The rooftop restaurant was a pleasant break from the hustle and bustle of Dhaka. The hotel seems to prefer that guests book through them directly over Booking.com. I was offered a lower room price if I allowed them to cancel my booking on Booking.com and then rebook; I did not take them on this offer.

Room amenities need updating.

"Such Expectation, Much Dissapontment"

The location is top-notch and close to various key landmarks

Their staff, oh their staff! Their behaviour should improve drastically as they only seem to behave cordially to foreigner guests and absolutely disregard local guests when it comes to providing service. It was utterly disappointing!
