Hotel Villas Segovia Playa del Carmen

Soy de Brasil, viajé con mi hermana y algo que me llamó mucho la atención fue la puntualidad del servicio. Además, cuando llegamos, el hotel estaba realizando trabajos de mantenimiento, lo que provocó bastante ruido. No me quejo del ruido, pero agradecí mucho que nos informaran con suficiente antelación sobre los trabajos, lo que nos permitió estar preparados.

Lo único que no me gustó fue que en ningún momento el personal se ofreció a ayudarme con mi equipaje, y llevaba mucho, pero tuve que cargarlo todo yo sola, y ni siquiera me preguntaron "¿Necesita ayuda?".

La ubicación es muy buena, no estás tan cerca del ruido, nosotros tomamos tours independientes y todos nos retiraban en la bodeguita del medio que nos quedaba a 5 minutos. Lo que si se salia toda el agua de la ducha y no limpiaban la habitación a menos que tu se los digas. El personal estuvo bien.

Faltaba un poco más de limpieza.

Wifi nestabilne, nefunkcne, boli sme na svojich datach. Pri sprchovani voda tiekla von do kupelne, takze sme tam msli stale vodu, mokru podlozku. Mozno preto sme z zoho vlhka stale citili zapach v izbe, bol uz ked sme prisli.

Oven werkte niet. We verbleven 4 nachten en er is geen enkele keer schoongemaakt. Was niet echt nodig en we hebben er niet zelf naar gevraagd, anderzijds zou ik daar niet om hoeven vragen. Restaurant naast hotel heeft iedere nacht live muziek tot ongeveer middernacht. Als je vroeg naar bed wilt kun je beter een hotel boeken ver van 5th avenue

The location was perfect. And it was quiet for being located so close to 5th Ave, resturants, shops and 2 blocks from the beach. The price was so reasonable and the room was great. It was a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and luvingroom. We weren't expecting that. It is dog friendly. We paid extra, 363 pesos, for our Chica. If you want to park in front of the hotel, you have to pay for parking at one of those kiosks. It only takes change so make sure to have some. 10 pesos for every hour. Paid parking is from 10 am-10 pm. So after 10 om, parking there is free. There was 1000 pesos cash deposit, which we received back at check out, as long as everything was in order. If there is anything on the towels that could stain them, that will be deducted out of your deposit. Which is understandable. I usually travel with my own towel anyways. We really loved this place and will definitely book it again. Oh, beds were pretty comfy.

Paying for parking, but its not an astronomical amount. There is free parking a block away, if you can find a spot.
