La ubicación es excelente, al lado de la calle principal de Playa del Carmen, lo que permite hacer todo a pie con mucha facilidad. La habitación es amplia y espaciosa, con ropa de cama limpia y acogedora.

Tuvimos dos puntos negativos: en la habitación no hay espejo, lo cual para nosotras, especialmente las mujeres, es un elemento esencial. Además, no hubo servicio de limpieza durante toda nuestra estadía, incluso después de haberlo solicitado más de dos veces.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. They upgraded and I was able to do the check-in and go into my suite 1 hour before the scheduled check-in.

The bed linens and pillow covers had holes in them. The suite had a smell, probably because it is not aired enough.
