We stayed in the ENJOY room which had an incredible private terrrace with sun beds, hot tubs and a sunset view. The breakfast had loads to choose from and was really great. We loved how everything could be ordered by the QR code too!

The reception manger a young man only 21 years old really made our stay so amazing. He was most helpful and knowledgeable with everything we needed around the island all his recommendations were perfect. The room was great the view was amazing too

We had a problem with the bed it was too small only 1.90 long with 2 beds put together they put another mattress on top also the pillows were not comfortable and they had no duvet cover on the blanket however George went out of his way to try to help us feel more comfortable

Lovely rooms and facilties and great staff. The common balcony area where breakfast is served is lovely and a great spot to have a little pre dinner drink before heading out. George was fantastic, full of interest in our stay and very helpful.

The accomodation is a bit of a climb up the hill if you're on foot but still very walkable from the town. And while you do have the climb you benefit from the peace and quiet of the location and the great views.

Ok the things you would expect to be exceptional at this price in Greece, the rooms were spacious modern and perfectly maintained (to the point we checked when it was actually built as it appeared to be brand new) we had the two bedroomed suite with private pool which was exquisite, the view from the pool area and patio was amazing and during our stay we did spend a couple a lovely days just chilling there. The breakfasts were excellent and organised via an app which you ordered your requirements the night before, a brilliant way to reduce waste. As stated above the views were amazing being slightly above the port , meaning a 10 minute stroll to the bars and restaurants in the evening, however it is a bit of a hill so maybe 15-20 return depending on the beverages consumed in between. Early evening cocktails were served on the terrace and proved a great way to meet up with other guests (it never feels too busy as there are only 6 suites in the complex). Now for the things that surprised us THE STAFF! the hotel is run by a one man whirlwind doing everything possible to make your stay exceptional. George was amazing, with his small team of staff he made everyone feel special and part of the Voya family. From buying us a drink in a town when he bumped into us to giving us a lift home (it really did feel like home) one night when he passed us on the way out and he wanted to save us the hill climb. George is new to the Voya and is only a young man but his professionalism and willingness to learn and look for ways to improve both himself and the business was refreshing to witness and shows some young people still have a very strong work ethic.

I don't think I've ever stayed in an hotel in which I didn't think something could be improved but this may be the first. It was & is exceptional.
