You get what you pay for: a clean room, a decent location, attractive design, and most importantly, breakfast included.

Because of the design of the common corridor, all the doors open into square rooms, and when someone enters the Hall from the elevator or closes a door, the noise is heard right above your head, making it quite difficult to sleep.
