Das Personal war außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit und haben uns alle Wünsche erfüllt. Marco hat uns sehr gut in das Hotel eingeführt und die Geschichte sowie die Philosophie erzählt. Alex im Restaurant war sehr aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen garantiert wieder.

Just a beautiful stay, both the hotel and the people made it truly unforgettable. As we travel frequently, especially throughout Greece, this is one of the rare places that genuinely feels like a home away from home, and we will certainly return very soon. Every member of the team went above and beyond to assist us and make our stay even more memorable. The hotel experiences were exceptional , from the garden tour and pottery class to the wonderful hotel tour with the reception team. Everything was thoughtfully curated and deeply meaningful. What I loved most was the history, the concept, and the story behind every corner of the property. There is so much care, authenticity, and soul in every detail. A truly special place that leaves a lasting impression.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Koia All Suite Resort sehr genossen. Gemeinsam mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern hatten wir eine Villa gemietet und insgesamt eine wunderbare Zeit. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, stilvoll gestaltet und bietet eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Besonders begeistert hat uns das Frühstück. Die Auswahl war sehr reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und qualitativ hochwertig. Hier war wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Ein weiteres Highlight war der große private Pool unserer Villa. Dadurch konnten wir unseren Urlaub ganz entspannt genießen und mussten den Gemeinschaftspool überhaupt nicht nutzen. Die Privatsphäre und der Komfort waren hervorragend.

Bei der Buchung gingen wir davon aus, dass alle Gäste gemeinsam in der Villa untergebracht sind. Vor Ort stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass ein Teil der Schlafmöglichkeiten in einem separaten Gästehaus untergebracht ist. Grundsätzlich ist das Gästehaus eine praktische Ergänzung, allerdings konnte es hinsichtlich Ausstattung und Wohnqualität nicht mit der eigentlichen Villa mithalten. Insbesondere fanden wir es problematisch, dass sich die Fenster dort nicht öffnen ließen. Außerdem sehen wir bei der Aufteilung ein gewisses Konfliktpotenzial: Wenn beispielsweise zwei Paare gemeinsam die Villa buchen, dürfte schnell die Frage entstehen, wer in der hochwertigen Villa und wer im deutlich einfacheren Gästehaus übernachtet.

It is a tranquil paradise with wonderful sea views, well kept herbal gardens, Michelin recognised Restaurant and great SPA treatments.

The location on the hillside with no neighbouring Hotels or houses and a fantastic view of the sea and islands in the distance. The sunrise view from the bedroom is magical.

We believe that the experience provided by the hotel was great. From the first moment, we felt welcome and the service was outstanding. The hotel is located on a hill top, perfect for relaxing a week. The surroundings are great and the hotel services are top! I have also never encountered staff so helpful and genuinely friendly. Marina and Alex at the restaurant were fabulous, but all the rest of the staff was great also

really nothing if you are looking for a beautiful and quiet hotel. Perhaps, the access to the beach could be improved but I am sure this will come in the future.

Die Aussicht war atemberaubend und das Herz des Hotels waren Marina, Maria und Alex. Man fühlte sich schnell heimisch und alle waren sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Kleiner Verbesserungspunkt wäre mehr Personal im Zimmerservice Teilweise hatte man keine frischen Handtücher für den Pool etc. da dieser oft erst am Nachmittag kam.

This hotel is simply breathtaking. The sea view is astounding, and the peace and serenity here are so relaxing. Do not come here if you are looking for entertainment, but if you want to relax, there is no better place. It is really hard to tear yourself away from this resort, but the island of Kos is worth seeing too if you can. We had a wonderful week here and fully intend to return next year. We had a deluxe suite (304) facing the ocean, with our own patio area featuring a table and chairs, decking with comfortably padded loungers and an umbrella by our own infinity pool. You could not ask for more. We paid to heat the pool, and it was worth the cost. The room consists of three parts, a bedroom with nice bedding and lighted wardrobes, a living area with a bench sofa, TV, and mini bars inside a display unit, and a large bathroom with separate shower, WC, and sink areas. My only complaint was that, as it was mid-May, I was cold at night, and the heating would not go above a certain point. Excellent housekeeping service too. The food is equally spectacular, there is a lovely breakfast buffet until 11 am, and I appreciated the late time so as not to be rushed. Dinner is menu-based with chef-prepared dishes that are inventive and high-quality. To help with repetitiveness, there are a couple of themed nights per week. I would encourage the hotel to increase these. Occasional live classical entertainment elevates the experience, too. Service is exemplary. Every single person who works at KOIA contributes to the sense of being utterly pampered and cared for. Special mention has to go to Alex & Marina, who run the restaurant with charm and attention to detail. They are the heart of this hotel. I also have to mention our special Efi, who was so delightful that I teared up as I left her and I look forward to seeing her when we go back, as we will.
