KOIA All - Suite Well Being Resort - Adults Only

In the evening, we wanted to order a pizza, and they told us that only if we ordered the entire meal could we get a pizza. In my opinion, this shows a lack of awareness of flexible service, and that’s the difference between an excellent hotel and a good one. I travel all over the world, and I’ve never received such an unservice-minded response anywhere.

Last year we came here and it was 5 start treatment but this year more like 3

The hotel taxi arrived at the airport nearly 1 hour late to pick us up, the room wasn’t cleaned properly only the bedding changed. At breakfast there wasn’t a toasting machine, 3 days without brown bread, no water in the dispenser, limited buffet. If you ordered a omelette it was taking 20 minutes to come. The coffee was cold, wasps and flys all over the breakfast items. I was presented with a bill for some items taken from the room bar during breakfast, the hotel or last year deducted this during check out not during breakfast. Alex at breakfast time was great, the staff on reception same but compared to last year not half as good. Last year nothing was too much trouble, anything you wanted especially from the restaurant you could get. I asked for poached eggs and because it wasn’t on the menu I couldn’t get but you could have boiled, fried, scrambled.

Everything was amazing. The resort is beautifully designed and very relaxing. The food was delicious and staff was amazing.

Hotellet lå virkelig godt med en fantastisk udsigt. Dejlige værelser og skønt med Jacuzzi på terrassen. Personalet var meget venlige og service minded, men kunne godt fornemme det er ved at være slut på sæsonen,

Vi var skuffede over maden i restauranten. Standanden var ikke helt til 5 stjerners hotel. Der var en daglig menu, som måske ville have været bedre, men vi havde lyst til a la carte.

My second time in this piece of paradise! Staff: really beautiful people, able to make you feel so good. Strongly recommended!
