Stylish Studio w/ AC | Central Porto

Our particular unit required that we go up a flight of steps. Not an issue for us but could be for some. Well stocked kitchen but the cabinets hang very low, which is awkward when washing dishes or cooking. The minimalist design meant no handle on refrigerator door. Provides a very clean look but I prefer functional. Great lication. Very near to tours.

Great location and very responsive host. The place was clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasant stay overall. Just a couple of things to keep in mind: 1. Best suited for a couple. While the space is great for two, it’s not ideal for a family of three—the sofa bed is quite uncomfortable. 2. Access involves stairs. The apartment is on the second floor with no lift. This might not be an issue for younger travelers, but carrying heavy luggage up the steep stairs can be challenging. Over all great experience.

Great apartment close to the center of Porto! Everything you need is within walking distance: a metro station nearby, a large supermarket, and plenty of cafés. A big plus — there's a direct metro line from the airport. The apartment fully matches the description. It’s very clean, cozy, and spacious enough for two people. The bed and mattress are comfortable. There’s also a sofa that can be used as an extra bed, though we only used it for lounging, so I can’t comment on how comfortable it is for sleeping. The kitchenette is well-equipped — there’s all the necessary cookware and utensils. A bottle of water was waiting for us, which was a nice touch after the trip. It would be even better if there were some basic spices like salt and seasoning. The layout is a bit unusual: the TV can only be comfortably watched from the sofa. That wasn’t important for us, but it might matter to some. There are enough power outlets, though the light switches aren’t located near the bed, which is a bit inconvenient. The Wi-Fi was excellent — thank you so much for that! The bathroom was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Towels were provided in sufficient quantity and were fresh. There were also some nice little touches in the bathroom that added to the comfort. There is air conditioning in the apartment. Since we visited in early March, it worked well for heating and kept the place nice and cozy. You can hear some noise from the neighboring apartments, but it’s not too disturbing. The apartment is located on the second floor, and the staircase is quite steep. There is no elevator, so keep that in mind when booking and plan accordingly. Check-in and check-out were very smooth — contact details were sent in advance, and we were able to get support at any time. Everything was great! Just a couple of small suggestions: it would be nice to have some salt and basic spices in the kitchen — for short stays, it's not practical to buy full packages. Also, a floor lamp or bedside light would add extra comfort in the evenings.

The location was fantastic, close to all major spots. Close to the street but flat was inside of the yard so it was quiet.

The walls are really thin, so you can hear every step of neighbours above you which might be annoying at some points when there is someone louder.

It is a clean and practice studio with essentials, in a central location. The staff is friendly and responsive in communication.

We stayed there in March, when weather was cold. We had to have the AC running most of the time for heating, with wind blowing from underneath the apartment door. There was no working light at the building stairwell that leads to the apartment, which made going up and down difficult at night.

The kitchen is hard to use / hard to do dishes due to set up

The location was just perfect; the room is pretty beautiful and spacious enough to have a nice stay.

The only problem was the heater. It was just a normal air conditioner and was not enough to keep the room warm during the night.
