"Nice hotel in the heart of condesa"

The hotel is located in a really nice neighborhood, lord of parks, cafes, bars & restaurants nearby, easy to explore on foot. The room was clean and came with a whirlpool bathtub and all needed amenities, including a ceiling fan, small French balcony and a tv. Filtered water is provided as well. The breakfast was tasty, with lots of options to choose from. Everything was freshly prepared as well. Staff was friendly and tried their best to accommodate us.

While every staff member was very friendly, we felt like they were a bit „understaffed“ eventually. Our room came with a WhatsApp number for roomservice, however no one answered the number when we tried. There’s no reception desk, but we were lucky and caught someone in the kitchen to ask questions etc.

Tout, vraiment. Un paradis caché dans Condesa. Je tiens à saluer la qualité du petit dejeuner avec service en chambre qui était incroyable. Le meilleur petit déjeuner que j'ai gouté. La qualité de la nourriture. Le jacuzzi sur le rooftop préparé aux petits soins. La personnalisation du service est vraiment un plus dans ce genre d'hôtel et c'est ce que l'on attend aloros bravo à toute l'équipe qui fait vivre ce lieu peli de charme et appaisant. Un grand merci!

"Overall, it was a great stay. The staff was amazing and extremly friendly, shout out to Rodrigo who was extra Nice."

Great location and amazing staff. Very attentive to everything.

It would be great of it had AC, however the ceiling did a great job with how the temp drops at night.
