Lovely size apartment with all the facilities you could need when staying away with a young family.

Super strict checkout time of exactly 10 a.m. The cleaner will be there for exactly 10 a.m but will NOT knock on the door to let you know this. The cleaner will then leave and you will be charged an extra £24. We spent a good 45-1 h cleaning all of the dishes we had used for cooking and having a general clean around the apartment before we left. Do not make this mistake. You will be charged extra if not out exactly at 10.am. Some of the towels had heavy staining. The apartment above us was very noisy and kept us up till after 2 a.m on the first night. No reception to call to complain to just a number in your email but this is not practical. A few other little niggles like the fans provided did not work properly and with signs on the windows asking us to keep them closed due to a non existent scaffolding outside it was a hot couple of nights. Would I stay again with a young family? No. The apartment is definitely tailored towards a younger demographic. I would however consider it again if I was on a weekend away enjoying the night life of Blackpool with friends. Also definitely worth a mention this apartment is not suitable for elderly people or anybody who struggles with stairs.

Really loved this apartment. Very special compared to other Blackpool places we have stayed. Loved the space and decor. Brilliant location for Winter Gardens.

Really loved it but if we are being picky curtains were a bit flimsy. Shame we couldn't open bedroom windows because of scaffolding but completely understand why. TV was a bit glitchy. But these are very minor niggles and we will be booking this apartment again. It was great.

Perfect location to were we needed to be, very moderate and clean, had everything we needed.

Really impressed with the apartment, it is very clean and tastefully decorated. Although it is located on a busy road it was really quiet once inside. I contacted the property owners during our stay to arrange a later checkout and they were really helpful. Will definitely consider booking again for next year.

Everything! Really cannot recommend this apartment enough, absolutely beautiful. Admin staff very helpful. Thank you, really was a wonderful stay.
